Study Permit

There are two major streams to apply for Study Permit and both have specific requirements. One of the major requirement difference in both the streams is as mentioned below: 

Student Direct Stream (SDS)
In order to apply under SDS you must be a legal residents of either of the below mentioned countries:  
Antigua and Barbuda,
Brazil,
China,
Colombia,
Costa Rica,
India, 
Morocco,
Pakistan,
Peru,
Philippines,
Senegal,
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines,
Trinidad and Tobago,
Vietnam

General Stream
Residents of countries eligible for SDS stream and other countries, may apply under General Stream.

Please see below the types of work permits that we provide assistance for, along with their basic requirements:  

Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP)
Eligible International Students graduated from a Designated Learning Institution may be eligible to apply for PGWP.

Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP)
Eligible International Student or Worker may be eligible to apply for SOWP for their Spouse or Common-Law Partner or Conjugal Partner.

Closed Work Permit
Applicants with a valid LMIA or Job Offer might be eligible to apply for Closed Work Permit.

Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada and Registered Indian under the Canadian Indian Act can sponsor their Spouse or Common-Law Partner or Conjugal Partner if they meet the requirements. 

Parent & GrandParents Sponsorship

Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada and Registered Indian under the Canadian Indian Act can sponsor their Parents and Grandparents if they meet the requirements. 

Dependent Child Sponsorship

Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada and Registered Indian under the Canadian Indian Act can sponsor their Dependent Children (under the age of 22 or above in some cases) if they meet the requirements. 

Visitor Visa & Super Visa

Visitor Visa
Canada issued over 4,000,000 Temporary Resident Visa and over 1,600,000  Electronic Travel Authorization in 2019. 

Super Visa
Canadian Citizen and Permanent Residents of Canada can apply for Super Visa to invite their Parents and Grand Parents to Canada. 

Refugee Sponsorship

We provide assistance with Refugee Sponsorship applications for Group of Five and other programs. 

Provincial Nomination

Most provinces and territories of Canada have nomination programs with a wide variety of categories and requirements. Some provinces/territories allows to express interest in settling in the provinces directly through Express Entry profile or by applying directly to the province or both. 

Home Child Care & Home Support Worker Stream

Canadian Citizenship

After completing 3 years as  Permanent Resident or 2 years as a Permanent Resident + 1 year of eligible Temporary Resident status you may be eligible to apply for Canadian Citizenship if you meet all other requirements.
